Momentum Corporate Finance has advised CableCom Networking Limited (“CableCom”) on the acquisition of WarwickNet Limited (“WarwickNet”). WarwickNet is an independent internet service provider offering highly bespoke networks for corporates, broadcasting and data networks.

The deal sees CableCom, a group of companies specialising in broadband, TV and utilities for the student and residential markets, expanding its offering with WarwickNet’s complimentary and innovative solutions.  These enable WarwickNet to deliver high speed connectivity to companies located at business parks, industrial estates, metropolitan areas and multi-tenancy buildings.

CableCom’s entry into this new adjacent market showcases its appetite for expanding outside of the student and residential arena, widening its service offering in business sectors as well as its footprint across the UK.

This acquisition means more people than ever will benefit from the solutions both CableCom and WarwickNet have to offer, building on the services available to both client bases.
