Rob Crews

Partner

Rob is a founding partner of Momentum and has advised on corporate finance transactions for over 25 years, including company sales, management buyouts and acquisitions.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1995 and works with clients across the UK, with a high proportion of transactions involving foreign counterparties or private equity.

Alastair Boorman

Partner

Ali joined Momentum when it was founded in 2005, having spent time with EY and PwC.

He became a partner in 2010 and has over 20 years' experience in corporate finance, advising on an extensive range of transactions, including within the technology, cyber security, engineering and business services sectors.

Matt Stafford

Director

Matt joined Momentum in 2016 following three years with Deloitte, where he gained experience in both the Assurance and Corporate Finance teams.

Matt has worked with a range of clients including FTSE 250-listed groups and private equity-backed businesses, advising on sales, acquisitions and buy outs.

Richard Double

Director

Rich joined Momentum in September 2017, following three years working with a range of listed and owner managed businesses within the Assurance team of Deloitte.

Rich has experience in the management consulting and investment banking industries, advising management teams on a variety of business and transaction-related projects.

James Johnson

Director

James joined Momentum in September 2019 having previously worked at PwC for four years in their Bristol office in the Assurance team.

He has experience working with both large financial institutions and owner-managed businesses.

Jon Brown

Manager

Jon joined Momentum in September 2023 having previously worked as part of the Assurance team at PwC’s Bristol office.

He has experience working with large financial institutions, listed businesses, and both owner-managed and PE-backed businesses.

Josh Crocker

Manager

Josh joined Momentum in September 2023, following three years working as part of the Assurance team at EY’s Bristol office.
He has experience working with a variety of private businesses in the aerospace & defence, utilities and financial services sectors.

Becky Warren

Analyst

Becky joined Momentum in March 2020. Prior to this, Becky worked as a Location Analyst in the Property department at Somerfield Stores Ltd. Becky has worked in a variety of sectors, including Property, Retail, Investment Banking and Law.
