There is no such thing as a standard process. All of our sale process are bespoke and tailored to the unique situation.

We will manage all aspects of the process depending on its needs, from preparation of the information memorandum, dataroom and management presentation through to project management of the legal and due diligence process, maintaining competitive tension throughout.

Every deal is supported by a dedicated research analyst using market-leading research tools, providing our clients with both UK and international market knowledge, enabling us to find the right purchasers both within the UK and overseas.

We can also help shareholders who are considering a sale of their business to its management team. These transactions are often referred to as Vendor Initiated Management Buy Outs (VIMBOs) and are increasingly common.
