Momentum’s success has been recognised at the 2023 Insider South West Dealmaker Awards with the receipt of two awards:
Deal of the year (medium sized): sale of Kinneir Dufort to SteriPack Group, backed by Inflexion. The exit to Steripack was the culmination of Momentum’s six year journey with Kinnier Dufort, having advised on the original management buyout in 2016, backed by Mobeus Equity Partners.
Emerging dealmaker of the year: Matt Stafford. Matt has had a stunning year, advising on numerous deals – including the exit of Kinnier Dufort and the disposal of Acquis Insurance to US based NSM Insurance Group.
